From the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.K1/3831/2010 dated 27.08.2011. -0- ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the District Collector, Hyderabad has framed certain charges against Smt.Indira Krupavathi, Matron, STGH, Moosarambagh, Hyderabad for the irregularities in maintenance of Hostel. In the reference 2nd read above, the Charged Officer has submitted her explanation. In the explanation the charged officer has denied the charges and requested for dropping the same. In the reference 3rd read above, the District Collector, Hyderabad has appointed the Deputy Director (SW), Hyderabad as enquiry officer. In the reference 4th read above, the District Collector, Hyderabad has framed certain charges against Smt.Indira Krupavathi, Matron for missing of Kum.B.Kavitha, 7th Class boarder of ST Girl Hostel, Moosarambagh and also for certain irregularities committed by her in maintenance of Hostel. In the reference 5th read above, the Charged Officer has submitted her explanation. In the said explanation the Charge Officer denied charges and requested for dropping. In the reference 6th read above, the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad has stated that Smt.Indira Krupavathi, Matron was retired from Government service on 31.12.2005 after attaining the age of superannuation and requested the Government to take further action against her as the Government is competent authority under Rule 9 (2) of A.P.R.P.Rules, 1980. After examining the matter, in the reference 7th and 8th read above, the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad was requested to furnish certain information for taking further action in the matter. (P.T.O.)::2:: In the reference 9th read above, the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad has stated that, the District Collector, Hyderabad has informed Smt.Indira Krupavathi, worked as Hostel Welfare Officer, Grade II was retired from Government services on 31.12.2005 on attaining the age of superannuation pending finalization of disciplinary proceedings and after examining case it was proposed for stoppage of (2) two Annual Grade Increments without cumulative effect against her. The Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue orders in the matter. After examining the matter, it is observed that there is a distance of time between framing of charges and finalization of the cases by the District Collector, Hyderabad and Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad and no financial loss caused to the Government by the Charged Officer and decided to drop further action against Smt.Indira Krupavathi, Hostel Welfare Officer (Retd.), STGH, Begumpet, Hyderabad. Accordingly, Government hereby order to drop further action against Smt.Indira Krupavathi, Hostel Welfare Officer (Retd.), STGH, Begumpet, Hyderabad from all the (13) charges. The Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad is requested to take action accordingly.
