ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of Social Welfare,
AP, Hyderabad has sent proposals to Government and requested for
release of 4th quarter Budget Provision and administrative sanction for an
amount of Rs. 16,44,96,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Crores Forty Four Lakhs
and Ninty Six Thousands Only) under Non-Plan Schemes during the
financial year 2011-12 to the Commissioner of Social Welfare, A.P.
Hyderabad.(i.e. 25% of the B.E.)
2. In pursuance of the BROs issued by Finance (Expr.SW)
Department, in the reference 2nd and 3rd read above, Government hereby
accord administrative sanction Rs.4,25,00,000/- + Rs.48,52,000/- =
4,73,52,000/-(Rupees Four Crores Seventy three Lakhs and Fifty Two
Thousand Only) towards 4th quarter provision from B.E. 2011-12, under
the following Non- Plan Schemes. The Scheme wise Department views
are shown in Column No. (9) of the statement.

3. As regards drawal of funds, the Commissioner of Social Welfare,
A.P. Hyderabad shall follow the procedure envisaged in Column No. (7) of
the above table. Accordingly Government hereby authorize the concerned
Drawing Officers to draw and incur the expenditure not exceeding the
amount sanctioned in column No. (6) of the above Statement towards 3rd
quarter Budget Provision under Non-Plan, during the financial year 2011-
12.
4. This order issues as per the instructions issued in U.O. Note
No.29875-A1/1283/A1/BG.I/2006, Finance (BG.I) Department, dated
25.11.2006 and also with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.SW)
Department, vide their U.O.No.2736/33/A1/
