Ramesh, Deputy Director, Social Welfare Department, Nalgonda was directed to explain the reasons for his supervisory lapses in letting the Demand Drafts into the hands of the Accused Officer, Sri. P.Yadagiri, Junior Assistant thereby encouraging the Accused Officer to demand illegal gratification. 2 In the reference 2nd read above, Sri B.Ramesh, Deputy Director(Social Welfare) has submitted his explanation. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, article of charges were framed against Sri B. Ramesh, Deputy Director (Social Welfare), Nalgonda District, for supervisory lapses in discharging his official duties as Deputy Director (Social Welfare), Nalgonda. 4. In the reference 4th read above, Sri B. Ramesh, Deputy Director (Social Welfare) has submitted his explanation to the charges framed against him. 5. After careful consideration of the explanation which is not convincing, Government hereby to impose the penalty of ‘Censure’ against Sri B.Ramesh, formerly Deputy Director(Social Welfare), Nalgonda District. 6. Therefore, Sri B.Ramesh, formerly Deputy Director(Social Welfare), Nalgonda presently Deputy Director(Social Welfare), Nizamabad is reprimanded that herein after he should be cautious in discharging his official duties, any recurring of such lapses in future will be viewed seriously. 7.
