Sridhar, Typist, O/o. the Director, Directorate Economics & Statistics, Hyderabad has stated that he is suffering with Cancer and undergone certain specific medical tests at Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hydearabad where it has been diagnosed for a suspected Lymphoma i.e. Cancer on the left side of his heart and referred to MNJ Cancer Hospital and Institute, Hyderabad for further confirmation and also to Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, Hyderabad where it was confirmed of the said unimaginable and pre- mature life taking dis-order. The Doctor at Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital advised him to get admitted immediately for the initiation of possible Medical Cure involving huge amount of money while diagnosing him of “EPITHELIAL MALIGNANCY”(Suspected Cancer). The individual has requested to sanction initially six months of special medical half pay leave on the drawal of full pay in terms of the G.O. Ms.No.268 Fin. & Plg.(FW.FR.I) Department, dated 29.10.1991 which enables him to take possible treatment at the said hospital. 2. In the reference 3rd read above the Director, DE&S, Hyd. has recommended for the same. 3. After careful examination of the representation of the individual and as recommended by the Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Hyderabad Government is hereby sanctioned Special Medical Leave on Half Pay in lieu of full pay for a period of 6 months w.e.f. 21.04.2011 Sri P. Sridhar, Typist, O/o. the Director, DE&S, Hyd. 4. The Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Hyderabad is requested to take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.5.
