From M/s Compusun Technologies, Hyderabad Bill No.1103, dated: 24-01-2012. * * * * O R D E R: In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O.1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.3,800/-(Rupees Three thousand and eight hundred only) from B.E.2011-12 under Non-Plan, for payment to M/s Compusun Technologies, Hyderabad, towards supply of one No. of HP Laserjet 1200 Series Printer Fuser assembly Unit to the Peshi of Joint Secretary to Government, Planning Department 2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretariat – SH (07) – Planning Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”. 3. The stock is received in good condition and necessary entries have been made in the stock register of this Department. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad is requested to draw the amount sanctioned of Rs.3,800/- (Rupees Three thousand and eight hundred only) in favour of M/s Compusun Technologies, Hyderabad, Account No.20019100879, Bank of Maharashtra, S.D.
