SW) Department, dated:21.02.2012. ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Commission for SCs and STs, A.P., Hyderabad has requested the Government to release 3rd & 4th quarter funds from the provision in B.E 2011-12 to the A.P. State Commission for SCs and STs under all the Heads of Accounts to the Commission to meet its expenditure. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Fin. (Expr.SW) Dept., have issued BRO for an amount of Rs. 21,09,000/- of the Budget provision towards 4th quarter under the Scheme of A.P. State Commission for SCs, STs for the current financial year 2011-12. 3. In pursuance to the BRO issued in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commission for SCs & STs, A.P., Hyderabad under the scheme of A.P. State Commission for SCs & STs for an amount of Rs.21,09,000/- (Twenty One Lakhs and Nine Thousand only) towards 4th quarter provision from BE 2011-12, under the following Plan Scheme. Under the 270/272 Maintenance 3rd and 4th quarter amount has been released due to exhausting of earlier release. 6.
