From the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Rc.No.104/RCT-VSK/2010, dated 1.2.2011. * * * * O R D E R:- Whereas, in exercise of powers contemplated in Govt.Memo.No.36761/Ser- C/2004, GAD (Ser.C) Dept., dated 12.03.2004, in the reference 4th read above, orders were issued placing Sri Bankuru Suryanarayana, Assistant Tribal Welfare Officer, Mandasa, Srikakulam District under suspension with effect from 06-07-2010 in public interest until the conclusion of disciplinary proceedings/termination of all proceedings relating to the criminal charge(s). 2. Now, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (c) of sub-rule (5) of Rule 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Service (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules 1991, hereby revoke the suspension of Sri Bankuru Suryanarayana, Assistant Tribal Welfare Officer, Mandasa, Srikakulam District and reinstate him into service, without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings pending/to arise against him in future and to post him to a non-focal post. 3. The Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad is directed to take necessary action accordingly.
