19.06.1992.
2. Application received from Sri D.Sunder Lal Motor Cycle
Messenger, Social Welfare Department, dated 5.03.2012.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded under Rule 14 (1)(a)(i) read with
14 (c) of General Provident Fund Rules, for the grant of temporary
advance of Rs.54,000/- (Rupees fifty four thousand only) to Sri D
Sunder Lal, Motor Cycle Messenger, Social Welfare Department, from
his General Provident Fund A/c.No. PAO/00512/GA to enable him, to
meet the medical expenses of his wife.
2. An amount of Rs. 17,500/- is outstanding towards previous
advance in respect of Sri D. Sunder Lal, Motor Cycle Messenger, Social
Welfare Department. The outstanding amount together with the
advance now sanctioned in para-1 above, aggretating come to Rs.
71,500/- will be recovered in 30 (Thirty ) monthly installments at the
rate of Rs.2,383/- p.m. from his salary. The recovery will commence
from the salary of the following month from the date of the drawal of
the advance as a special case.
3. The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall claim and disburse
the amount to the individual.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance
Department as per the rules in force.
