From M/s Surya Graphics, Chikkadapally, Hyderabad, Bill No.260, dt.25.10.2011. * * * * O R D E R: In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O.1st read above, and in Ref. 2nd read above requisition placed to M/s Surya Graphics, Chikkadpally for supply of 660 copies of the booklets of 56th meeting on “The National Development Council Speech of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Andhra Pradesh, 2011, in the Ref.3rd read above M/s Surya Graphics, Chikkadpally has supplied the same and requested the Government to pay an amount of Rs .56,133/- for printing of the above same. 2. Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.56,133/- (Rupees Fifty six thousand one hundred and thirty three only) for payment to M/s. Surya Graphics, Chikkadapally, Hyderabad towards the printing cost of booklets, who have furnished lowest quotation towards supply of 660 copies given by the Planning (XVIII) Department. 3. The amount sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretariat – SH (07) –Planning Department - 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 2 above in favour of M/s Surya Graphics, Chikkadapally, Account No. 401206211000002, Hardikar branch, Hyderabad, IFSC code :VIJB0004012 ; MICR Code : 500029006. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders on the subject. 6.
