Secy. to Govt., Planning (GVDA) Department, application Dt.22-08-2011. 2. Government Memo.No.6801/Plg.XX/2011,Dt.26-08-2011 to the Commissioner, Department of Ayush, Tilak Road, Abids, Hyderabad. 3. From the Additional Director (Ayur) (FAC), Department of Ayush, A.P., Hyderabad, Letter. No. 10883/Accts.2/2011, dated 20-01-2012 * * * ORDER: Sri Jagadish Chander Sharma, I.A.S., Chairman, E.O., Prl. Secy. to Govt., Planning (GVDA) Department, in his application 2nd read above has stated that his son has undergone Medical treatment at Dr. BRKR Government Ayurvedic College & Hospitals, A.P., Hyderabad, during the period from 02-07-2011 to 01-08-2011. In that connection, the officer has incurred an expenditure of Rs.279/- for the treatment and requested for reimbursement of the same. He has also enclosed Essentiality Certificate, Appendix-II and Original Bills etc. 2) The original bills were scrutinized by the Additional Director (Ayur) (FAC), Department of AYUSH, A.P., Hyderabad and recommended Rs.106/- as admissible amount vide reference 4th cited. 3) In terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above and as recommended by the Additional Director (Ayur) (FAC), Department of AYUSH, A.P., Hyderabad, an amount of Rs.106/-(Rupees One hundred and six only) is hereby sanctioned to Sri Jagadish Chander Sharma, I.A.S., Chairman, E.O., Prl. Secy. to Govt., Planning (GVDA) Department towards reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred by the officer for his son’s Medical treatment at Dr. BRKR Government Ayurvedic College & Hospitals, A.P., Hyderabad, during the period from 02-07-2011 to 01-08-2011. 4) The amount sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2052- Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – SH (07) – Planning Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement”.
