From the Secretary, APSWREIS, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.EDP/7869/OFMS/2010, dated 12-09-2011. **** O R D E R: - In the letter read above the Secretary, APSWREIS, Hyderabad has requested the Government to give Administrative Sanction for Rs. 8,20,000/- + taxes towards the Subscription Charges for 288 APSWRE institutions for the year 2011-12 and Rs.7,20,000/- lakhs + taxes per year for the subsequent years per annum towards implementing the School Academic Monitoring System in the APSWREIS and APSWR Institutions by Has Soft Technologies. The software will support the data management, student academic monitoring and teacher performance management across all the institutions. This will provide a platform to monitor the APSWREI Society. It is proposed to use the software for a period of three years initially to track the academic progress of teachers and students in the Society. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal sent by the Secretary, APSWREIS, here by permit the Secretary, APSWREIS, Hyderabad to implement School Academic Monitoring System in APSWREIS and APSWR Institutions to monitor the academic performance of students for 288 schools of APSWREIS at a cost of Rs.7.2 lakhs per annum for a period of 3 years commencing from the academic years 2011-12 to 2013-14 through M/S Has Soft Technologies subject to the condition that the APSWREI Society will not seek additional funds and will meet the expenditure from the overall savings of the funds allotted to the Society. The Secretary, APSWREIS, Hyderabad shall draw up a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) defining the levels and quality of service. The data of the Residential Schools shall not be shared with any person or institution or organisation except with the approval of the Secretary, APSWREIS, Hyderabad. 3. The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad is directed to take necessary action, accordingly. 4.
