From M/s Avinav Agrotech (P) Ltd., Hyderabad, Invoice No.2501, Dated: 30.01.2012. * * * * O R D E R: In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O.1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.3,654/- (Rupees Three thousand six hundred and fifty four only) from B.E. 2011-12 under Non-Plan, for payment to M/s AVINAV Agrotech (P) Limited, Hyderabad, towards the cost of 126 Naturalle water Cans (each 20 liters) supplied for the month of January, 2012 for drinking water purpose to the Staff of Planning Department. 2. The amount sanctioned in para one above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretariat – SH (07) Planning Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses.” 3. The stock is received in good condition and necessary entries have been made in the stock register of this department. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyd is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para one above in favour of M/s Avinav Agrotech (Pvt.) Limited, Account No.4737002100000406, Punjab National Bank, Balanagar branch (MICR Code 500024027, IFSC Code. 0473700), Hyderabad. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders on the subject. 6.
