From M/s Compusun Technologies, Hyderabad Bill No.1102, dated: 24-01-2012. * * * * O R D E R: Sanction is herby accorded for an amount of Rs.3,400/- (Rupees three thousand and four hundred only) from B.E.2011-12 under Non – Plan towards repairs and replacements carried out by M/s Compusun Technologies, Hyderabad i.e one No. of Fixing Film Unit, one No. of Paper Feeder Assembly and Sensor Unit to Brother Fax Machines situated in the Planning Department under the control of Assistant Secretary (O.P) and Deputy Director (Twenty Point Program) respectively. 2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretariat – SH (07) – Planning Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”. 3. Submitted that the Fax machine is working in good condition after carried out of repairs and replacements. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad is requested to draw the amount sanctioned of Rs.3,400/- (Rupees Three thousand and four hundred only) in favour of M/s Compusun Technologies, Hyderabad, Account No.20019100879, Bank of Maharashtra, S.D. Road branch, Secunderabad, IFSC Code: MAHB0000387; MICR Code: 500014006. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders on the subject. 6.
