ABSTRACT
Developmental works under RPB – Cancellation of certain sanctioned works in the
G.O.Rt.No.57, dt. 11-01-2012 worth of Rs.245.00 lakhs and sanctioning alternative works with
the same cost. in Gajwel Constituency, Medak under Scheme ‘Spl. Development Fund” during
the year 2011-12 - Orders -Issued.

the representation of Hon’ble MLA., Gajwel.

O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, the Government have issued orders for according
administrative sanction and released an amount of Rs.800.00 lakhs under Spl
Developmental Fund for sanction of work “laying of CC roads in “ Gajwel
Constituency, Medak District..
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the CMO while enclosing the representation of
the Hon’ble MLA., Gajwel Constituency, has directed the Planning Department, that the
request may be considered within the financial approval already given. The Hon’ble
MLA., has requested the Government to cancel certain sanctioned works worth of
Rs.245.00 lakhs vide reference 1st read above. as these works were already taken up
with different grants and requested to sanction alternative works for the same amount
covering the entire Gajwel Constituency.
3.. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby cancelled the
works for the worth of Rs.245.00 lakhs already sanctioned vide G.O. 1st read above. and
sanction new works for the same amount of Rs.245.00 lakhs. The list of cancelled works
and newly sanctioned works are appended to this order as Annexure-I & II respectively.
4. The norms and conditions stipulated in the GO 1st read above holds good in regard
to the other conditions.
5. This order doesn’t require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per the
orders in force.
