O r d e r: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.27,610/- (Rupees Twenty Seven thousands Six hundred and ten only) to the Managing Director, HACA., Hyderabad towards the cost Attendance Registers, Mouse, Fax film rolls, Shorthand Books, Hand Books and Personnel Registers supplied by them for official use of Social Welfare Department. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of the Account “ 2251-Social Services –090-Secretariat –08 Social Welfare Department –130. Office Expenses –132.Other Office Expenses. 3. The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw a cheque for Rs.27,610/- (Rupees Twenty Seven thousands Six hundred and ten only) in favour of the Managing Director, HACA., Hyderabad for settlement of the bill. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance and Planning Department as per the orders in force.
