O r d e r: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.33,730/- (Rupees Thirty three thousands Seven hundred and thirty only) to the Managing Director, HACA., Hyderabad towards the cost Registers, T.Rs. Name Boards, Nokia Cell Phone and Key Boards supplied by them for official use of Social Welfare Department. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of the Account “ 2251- Social Services –090-Secretariat –08 Social Welfare Department –130. Office Expenses –132.Other Office Expenses. 3. The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw a cheque for Rs.33,730/- (Rupees Thirty three thousands Seven hundred and thirty only) in favour of the Managing Director, HACA., Hyderabad for settlement of the bill. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance and Planning Department as per the orders in force.
