O r d e r: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.20,140/- (Rupees Twenty thousands one hundred and forty only) to the Managing Director, HACA., Hyderabad towards the cost of Tub Lights, Philips PL-L 36V, 18V 11V and Stators supplied by them for official use of Social Welfare Department. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of the Account “ 2251-Social Services –090-Secretariat –08 Social Welfare Department –130. Office Expenses –132.Other Office Expenses. 3. The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw a cheque for of Rs.20,140/- (Rupees Twenty thousands one hundred and forty only) in favour of the Managing Director, HACA., Hyderabad for settlement of the bill. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance and Planning Department as per the orders in force.
