The expenditure shall be debited to Head of Account “2251 – Secretariat Social Services, 090 – Secretariat, 08 – Social Welfare Department, 130 – Office Expenses, 132 – Other Office Expenses. 3. The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw the bill and obtain the account payee cheque in favour of BIGBEE Telecom, Hyderabad for settlement of the bill. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department under the rules in force on the subject.
