PLANNING (XVI) DEPARTMENT G.O.RT NO. 168 Dated 08-02-2012 Read the following: 1. G.O. Ms. No. 449, GA (OP.VII) Department dated. 4.9.2006. 2. From Sri A. Dayakar Reddy, Joint Secretary to Government, Planning Department, Note dated 07.02.2012. ---- ORDER : As per G.O. 1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.290/- (Rupees two hundred ninety only) to Sri A. Dayakar Reddy, Joint Secretary to Government, Planning Department for reimbursement towards purchase of News Papers at his residence for the month of January, 2012. 2. The expenditure sanctioned at para 1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “2052 - Secretariat General Services, M.H. -090 - Secretariat, S.H. - 07 - Planning Department, 130 - Office Expenses, 132 - Other Office Expenses”. 3. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer, Planning Department, shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to the concerned Officer. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders on the subject.
