1. In the reference 6th read above Sri. M.Balakrishna, Deputy Director, working as
Chief Planning officer, Mahaboobnagar has requested to appoint him in the Special Grade
Post Scale as per the modified orders issued in the G.O. 4th read above as he has completed
6 years of service in the cadre of Deputy Director as on 04.01.2012AN. In the reference 7th
read above the Director, Directorate of Economics & Statistics, Hyderabad has
recommended for the same.
2. The Officer has been promoted as Deputy Director and reported on 04-01-2006
A.N. and he has completed 6 years of service on 04-01-2012 A.N.
3. In view of the modified orders issued in the G.O. 4th read above and clarifications
issued in the Cir. Memo. 5th read above, as the Officer has completed 6 years of service on
04.01.2012 AN he is eligible for appointment in the Special Grade Post Scale w.e.f. .
05.01.2012 and he is appointed in the Special Grade Post Scale in the cadre of
Deputy Director.
4. Accordingly in terms of the orders and clarifications issued in the reference 4th
and 5th read above Sri. M.Balakrishna, Deputy Director working as Chief Planning officer,
Mahaboobnagar is appointed in Special Grade Post Scale in the cadre of Deputy Director

5. The Officer has not availed any E.O.L. during the period from 05.01.2006
to 04.01.2012 A.N.
6. The drawing and disbursing officer concerned is directed to allow
and disburse the arrears to the officer due to the above fixation.
7. Certified that necessary entries have been made in the Service Register
of the Officer.
8. The Officer is informed that, if it is noticed at a later date that he has been paid excess
amount due to erroneous fixation or otherwise, the same will be recovered in lump sum
from him without giving any notice.
