Read the following:- 1. From Sri Guguloth Veeraswamy, SA (Arts), lr.dt.30-08-2011. 2. From the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad in Lr.Rc.No.K2/ 7920/2011, dt.19-11-2011. * * * ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Sri Guguloth Veeraswamy, SA (Arts), has submitted a representation stating that he underwent specialized treatment at Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad for Falciparum Malaria, Aspiration Pneumonia which led him to coma and he is frequently becoming unconsciousness and the doctor has advised him to take treatment every month at Hyderabad and therefore, requested to transfer him from AUPS, Kansuluru, Chintoor (M), to AHS Gondigudem, Aswapuram (M), Khammam District on medical and sympathetic grounds. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad has stated that Sri G.Veeraswamy, SA (Arts) AUPS, Kanusuluru, was promoted during the year 2009 as per promotion panel from SGT to School Assistant (Arts) and the individual has opted to AUPS, Kansuluru. Further, he has applied for medical leave due to fever of Falciparum Malaria, Aspriatatin pneumonia and admitted at Yashoda Hospital from 22-10-2010 to 04-11-2010. Therefore, the individual has applied for transfer on medical grounds at the time of counseling. But due to non completion of 2 years of service at the same station, he was not allowed as per guidelines issued by Government in GO.Ms.No.53, dt.28-06-2005 vide para No.9 (iv) (C&D), the request of Sri G.Veeraswamy, SA (Arts) AUPS, Kanusuluru, to AHS, Gondigudem on medical grounds could not be considered. 3. In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, the Government after careful examination of the matter hereby order to transfer Sri Guguloth Veeraswamy, SA (Arts), AUPS, Kansuluru, Chintoor (M), to AHS Gondigudem, Aswapuram (M), Khammam District, in the existing vacancy of S.A (Social) on medical and humanitarian grounds in relaxation of ban orders, issued in GO.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM-III) Department, dt.22-06-2011 with immediate effect, without payment of TTA/DA. 4. The Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad is requested to take further necessary action. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (DCM-III) Department, vide their U.O.No.8894/1149/A1/DCM-III/11, dated:26-12-2011.
