Newspaper bill from Smt Shalini, Joint Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Dept. dated 01.03.2012. *** ORDER:- Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.185/- (Rupees One hundred and eighty five only) towards re-imbursement of expenditure for purchase of newspaper to the residence of Smt Shalini, Joint Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department for the month of February, 2012 (1 month). 2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2251- Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat 08-Social Welfare Department 130-Office expenses/132-Other Office Expenses”. 3. The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw a cheque for an amount of Rs.185/- (Rupees One hundred and eighty five only) in favour of Smt. Shalini, Joint Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force.
