Developmental works – Releasing an amount of Rs. 450.00 Lakhs for
taking up Developmental works in (Banaganapalle Rs.200.00 lakhs and
Panyam Rs.250.00 lakhs) constituencies of Kurnool District under the
scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development
Activities” for the year 2011-12 – Orders – Issued.

O R D E R:
The Hon’ble MLAs Banaganapalle and Panyam have represented
to Hon’ble Chief Minister for taking up certain Developmental works
with a cost of Rs. 450.00 Lakhs for taking up Developmental works in
Banaganapalle (Rs,200.00 lakhs) and Panyam (Rs.250.00 lakhs)
constituencies of Kurnool District for Developmental works under the
scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development
Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above.
2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget
Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd and
3rd read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for
implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund
for Welfare and Development Activities” .
3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction
and release Rs.450.00 Lakhs (Rupees Four hundred and fifty lakhs
only) for taking up Developmental works proposed in (Banaganapalle
Rs.200.00 lakhs and Panyam Rs.250.00 lakhs) constituencies of
Kurnool District from the funds available under the scheme “Special
Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the
year 2011-12. The details of Developmental works are annexed to this
order.

4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to
the Head of Account “5475–MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08)
Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities-530
Major works–531 other expenditure”.
5. The District Collector, Kurnool is hereby authorized to draw and
disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring
expenditure towards developmental works in Banaganapalle and
Panyam constituencies.
6. The District Collector, Kurnool shall monitor the progress of work
on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after
completion of the sanctioned works.
