Dt.13.07.2011. <> <> O R D E R The Hon’ble Minister for Municipal Administration has represented to Hon’ble Chief Minister for taking up certain Road works in Pamarru constituency of Krishna District with a cost of Rs.200.05 lakhs under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd and 3rd read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” . 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.200.05 Lakhs (Rupees Two hundred lakhs and five thousand only) for taking up certain Road works Pamarru constituency of Krishna District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. The details of Developmental works are annexed to this order. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account 5475 – M.H.789, Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes - G.H.11 Normal State Plan- S.H.(08) Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. The District Collector, Krishna is hereby authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring expenditure towards developmental works in Pamarru Constituency. 6. The District Collector, Krishna shall monitor the progress of work on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned works.
