Dt.13.07.2011. <> <> O R D E R: The Hon’ble MLA, Badrachalam has represented to Hon’ble Chief Minister for taking up certain CC Roads and construction of side drain works in Badrachalam constituency of Khammam District with a cost of Rs.200.00 lakhs under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” . 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.200.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two hundred lakhs only) for taking up above works proposed in Badrachalam constituency of Khammam District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. The details of certain CC Roads and construction of side drain works are annexed to this order. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “5475–MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities-530 Major works–531 other expenditure”. Contd.2.P.- 2 - 5. The District Collector, Khammam is hereby authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring expenditure towards developmental works in Badrachalam Constituency. 6. The District Collector, Khammam shall monitor the progress of work on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned works.
