Secretariat, Hyderabad – Sanctioned - Orders – Issued. PLANNING (PLG.XX) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 188 Dated:13-02-2012 Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.74, HM&FW (K.1) Department, Dt.15-03-2005. 2. From Sri G.Surendra Babu Deputy Director(Retired), Planning Dept., Dt.28-12-2011 3. Government Memo.No.9683/Plg.XX/2011-1, Dt.30-12-2011 4. From the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P., Hyderabad, Letter Rc.No.12/CDS/12, Dt.24-01-2012 * * * ORDER:- Sri G.Surendra Babu Deputy Director(Retired), Planning Department in his application 2nd read above, has stated that he has undergone BP and Cholesterol treatment at Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, during the period from 09- 08-2011 to three months, as outpatient. In that connection, he has incurred an expenditure of Rs.1,493/- for purchase of medicines and requested for reimbursement of the same. He has also enclosed Appendix-II, Essentiality Certificate and Original Bills etc. 2) The original bills were scrutinized by the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, Secretariat, A.P., Hyderabad and recommended Rs.1,493/- as net admissible amount vide his letter 4th read above. 3) In terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above and as recommended by the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P. Hyderabad, an amount of Rs.1,493/- (Rupees One thousand four hundred and Ninty Three only) is hereby sanctioned to Sri G.Surendra Babu Deputy Director(Retired), Planning Department towards reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred by him for his BP and Cholesterol treatment at Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, during the period from 09-08-2011 to three months, as outpatient. 4) The amount sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2052- Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – SH (07) – Planning Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement”.
