Bill No.3037, dt.26.02.2012. ** ** ** ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.2,600/- (Rupees Two thousand and six hundred only) to the Managing Director, M/s Apurva Enterprises, Hyderabad towards the cost of Printing of letter pads (imported Quality) for the official use of the Principal Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account – 2251 – Secretariat Social Services – 090 Secretariat – 08 – Social Welfare Department – 130 Office Expenses – 132 Other Office Expenses. 3 The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw a cheque for an amount of Rs.2,600/- (Rupees Two thousand and six hundred only) in favour of the M/s Apurva Enterprises, Hyderabad for settlement of the Bill. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force.
