ORDER:
The Airtel Mobile Service in their Bill Dated 24-02-2012 has sent a
bill for an amount of Rs. 5,051/- (Rupees Five thousand and fifty one
only) towards the rental and cell charges from 23-01-2012 to
22-02-2012.
2. As per orders issued by IT&C Dept., in G.O. Rt. No. 2, dated
04-01-2011, the ceiling limits for category –I reduced to Rs. 2,000/- only.
In this regard orders of Chief Secretary were obtained for making
payment to the excess amount.
3. Sanction is hereby accorded for Payment of Rs. 5,051/- (Rupees
Five thousand and fifty one only) towards the rental and cell charges to
“Bharti Airtel Limited – Mobile Services, Hyderabad”, for the period from
23-01-2012 to 22-02-2012, for the number provided by the Government
for official use of the officer in Social Welfare Department.

4. The amount sanctioned in para one above, shall be debited to the
Head of the Account “2251-Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat 08-
Social Welfare Department 130-Office Expenses 131-Utility Payments”.
5. The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw a cheque for an
amount of Rs. 5,051/- (Rupees Five thousand and fifty one only) towards
the rental and cell charges from 23-01-2012 to 22-02-2012, in favour of
“Bharti Airtel Limited – Mobile Services, Hyderabad”, for settlement of the
bill.
6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department
as per rules in force.
