Secretariat, Hyderabad – Sanctioned - Orders – Issued. PLANNING (PLG.XX) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 191 Dated:13-02-2012 Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.74, HM&FW (K1) Department, Dt.15-03-2005. 2. From Smt. K. Rajeswari, Deputy Secretary to Government, Planning Dept., Dt.06-01-2012. 3. Government Memo.No.154/Plg.XX/2012-1, Dt.07-01-2012. 4. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad, Letter Rc.No.81/CDS/12, Dt.25-01-2012. * * * ORDER: Smt. K. Rajeswari, Deputy Secretary to Government, Planning Department, in her application 2nd read above has stated that her husband has undergone DM & HTN treatment at Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, during the period from 09- 09-2011 to 04-11-2011, as outpatient. In that connection, she has incurred an expenditure of Rs.9,348/- for purchase of medicines and requested for reimbursement of the same. She has also enclosed Essentiality Certificate and Original Bills etc. 2) The original bills were scrutinized by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P. Hyderabad and recommended Rs.9,348/- as net admissible amount vide his letter 4th read above. 3) In terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above and as recommended by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P., Hyderabad, an amount of Rs.9,348/- (Rupees Nine thousand three hundred and forty eight only) is hereby sanctioned to Smt. K. Rajeswari, Deputy Secretary to Government, Planning Department towards reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred by the officer for her Husband’s DM & HTN treatment at Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, during the period from 09- 09-2011 to 04-11-2011, as outpatient. 4) The amount sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2052- Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – SH (07) – Planning Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement”.
