Now, therefore, sanction is accorded under sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of sub- rule (2) of Rule 9 of the Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate departmental proceedings against the said Sri G.Venkata Ramudu, Assistant Tribal Welfare Officer (Now Retired) 3. It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991.
