Read:- From M/s Xerox India Limited, Hyderabad Bill No. 38879, Dated.03.02.2012. * * * * O R D E R: Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.1,611- (Rupees one thousand six hundred and eleven only) from B.E. 2011-12 under Non-Plan, for payment to M/s Xerox India Limited, Raj Bhavan road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad towards maintenance charges for 671 copies of Black and white and 154 copies of Color taken on Xerox Machine (Model No. WC 7232 DAD) working in the Peshi of Principal Secretary to Govt., Planning Department as detailed below: Month No. of copies Amount 02.01.2012 to 671 Rs.1,611-00 01.02.2012 @ Rs.0.50 per copy (including taxes) 154 @ Rs.7.50 per copy 2. This Department have to pay 0.50 paise per Block and White copy and Rs.7.50 per Color copy to M/s Xerox India Limited, Raj Bhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad towards maintenance charges of Xerox Machine (Model No. WC 7232 DAD). 3. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the head of account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – M.H. (090) – Secretariat – S.H. (07) Planning Department –130 Office Expenses – 132 - Other Office Expenses”. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para one above in favour of M/s Xerox India Limited, Account No.000751000139, ICICI Bank Ltd., Connaught place (IFSC Code No.ICIC0000007, MICR Code110229002), New Delhi. 5.
