From the CSW, AP, Hyderabad Lr.No.A1/4084/2010, Dated: 30.11.2011 ***** O R D E R: In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of Social Welfare, AP, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, has requested the Government for issue of necessary orders on the representation of Sri D.Srinivasan, DD (SW) Visakhapatnam district for sanction of Special Grade Scale in the cadre of Deputy Director (SW), as he has completed 8 years of service as on 01.07.2009. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Commissioner of Social Welfare, AP, Hyderabad, hereby appoint Sri D.Srinivasan, DD (SW) Visakhapatnam district to the post of Deputy Director (SW) (Special Grade Scale) and his pay is re-fixed in the Scale of pay Rs.23,650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900-900-37600- 970-40510-1040-43630-1110-46960-1200-49360 under FR 22 (a) 1 read with FR 31 (2). a Date of appointment to the post of 29.04.2000 Deputy Director(SW) b Pay fixed in the Special Grade Scale of 28,450/- Deputy Director (SW) w.e.f 01.07.2009 Rs. 23,650-650-25600- in the scale of pay Rs.23650/- - 49360/- 700-27700-750-29950- . 800-32350-850-34900- 900-37600-970-40510- 1040-43630-1110-46960- 1200-49360. 3. The Commissioner of Social Welfare, Hyderabad shall draw and disburse the arrears from 01-07-2009 to 28-02-2010 will be credited into GPF Account and 01-03-2010 onwards payable in cash to the officer as per G.O. 1st read above. 4. Sri D.Srinivasan, DD (SW) Visakhapatnam district is informed that if any excess amount is paid to him due to erroneous fixation it will be recovered from him without any notice. 5.
