Vehicles AP 9A 7275 and AP 9D 6363 as the consumption of Petrol exceeded the limit by the vehicle with actual consumption of 160 Liters, due to Providing the conveyance to the officers and staff who are staying at late hours in preparation of various reports and also attending to various meetings 3. The amount sanctioned in para one above shall be debited to the following Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretariat - SH (07) – Planning Department – 240 – Petrol, Oil and Lubricants”. 4.
