O R D E R:
Under Rule 47 (3) of A.P.T.A. Rules, Post-facto permission is accorded to
Sri N.Yogeswara Sastry, Joint Director, Planning Department to go to New Delhi from 7th
to 9th December, 2011 to attend the meeting on the financial resources finalization
for the Annual Plan, 2012-13 held on 08-12-2011
2. In view of the urgency and importance of the subject the above Officer is
permitted to travel by air (to and fro) as a special case in relaxation of
G.O.Ms.No.230, Finance (DCM-I) Department, dated 15-10-2011.
3. The Officer is eligible to draw T.A. and D.A. as per A.P.T.A. Rules and
expenditure will be debited to their salary Head of account. The absence of the
officer on the above days will be treated as on duty.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.
34418/530/DCM-I/2011, dated 26-12-2011.
