Further an amount of Rs.14,97,29,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Crores Ninety Seven Lakhs and Twenty Nine Thousand only) was also released, towards General Grant (Other than Capital Assets) under the Scheme Article 275 (1) of the Constitution during the year 2011-12, against the allocation of Rs.6324.00 lakhs to the State Government for the year 2011-12 respectively, for taking up the activity proposed in the letter 1st read above 2. In pursuance of the Budget Release Orders issued in the G.O. 4th read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad for release an amount of Rs.57,32,38,000/- (Rupees Fifty Seven Crores Thirty Two Lakhs and Thirty Eight Thousands only) towards under the scheme Article 275 (1) (ACA) for the year 2010-11, in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by way of obtaining Supplementary Grants during the year 2011-12 under the following head of account under Plan. As regards drawal of funds, the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad shall follow the procedure envisaged in column No.6 of the above table. Accordingly, Government hereby authorize the Drawing Officer Concerned to draw and incur the expenditure not exceeding the amount sanctioned in column No.5 of the above statement towards the scheme Article 275 (1) (ACA) for the year 2010-11, in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by way of obtaining Supplementary Grants during the financial year 2011-12. 4. The Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad shall implement the projects within the limits of sanctioned grant and also within the periphery of the spirits of the Grants under Article 275 (1) of the Constitution, as per the guidelines issued by Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, vide Lr.No.14011/9/2001-SG&C, dated:2.7.2002, D.O.LetterNo.14020/2/2008-SG.I, dated:30.1.2008 and letter No.14020/4/2009-SG-I, dated:11.6.2010 respectively.5. The Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad shall immediately release the funds to the Agencies implementing the projects sanctioned. He shall also ensure that the grants are used for the purpose for which they are sanctioned, after following the due procedure. 6. The Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad shall send progress report of every quarter indicating physical and financial progress as per the prescribed format to the Government. 7. The Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly and submit the supplementary estimates during the financial year 2011-12 at appropriate time.
