Y. Seetamahalakshmi, Deputy Director (Social Welfare), Nalgonda District. 2. And whereas, it is considered that an Inquiring Authority should be appointed to inquire into the charge framed against the said Smt. Y.Seetamahalakshmi, Deputy Director (Social Welfare), Nalgonda District. 3. Now, therefore, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal), Rules 1991, hereby appoint Sri J.Siddharthan Reddy, Joint Director (Social Welfare), Rangareddy District, as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charge framed against the said Smt. Y.Seetamahalakshmi, Deputy Director (Social Welfare), Nalgonda District. 4. The Articles of Charge, Statements of Imputation, List of Documents, List of Witnesses are forwarded herewith to the Inquiring Authority. The Inquiry Authority is requested to complete the inquiry within 3 months and submit report to Government. 5. The Commissioner of Social Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad, is requested to make available all the connected records of the case, to the Inquiring Authority/Presenting Officer, immediately.
