Income Tax in respect of the Hon’ble Minister (SW) and Hon’ble Minister (TW) in Social Welfare Department to be paid by the State Government taking into consideration for the financial year 2011-2012 (Assessment year 2012-2013) in respect of the said non-official is worked out at the rates specified for the financial year 2011-2012 as indicated below against each. Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.2,11,167/- (Rupees Two lakh eleven thousand one hundred and sixty seven only) for payment of Income Tax for the Financial year 2011-2012 (assessment year 2012-2013) in respect of the Social Welfare Department to Joint Commissioner of Income Tax payable by the Government. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “2013 – Council of Ministers – M.H.-101 – Salary of Ministers and Dy.Ministers – 04-Salary of Minister and Dy.Minister – 010 – Salaries – 011 Pay”. 4. The Dy.Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad shall issue a cheque for Rs.2,11,167/- (Rupees Two lakh Eleven thousand one hundred and sixty seven only) in favour of Assistant Secretary to Govt. & D.D.O., Social Welfare so as to enable to pay income tax in respect of Hon’ble Ministers (Social Welfare) & (Tribal Welfare) by way of Challan. 5.
