Govt.Memo.No.333/OP.II/A1/2012 dated04-02-2012. 4. From Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, Secretariat letter, Rc. No. 323/CDS/12, dated 25-02-2012. *** ORDER:- In the reference second read above, Smt. M. Pushpalatha, Office Subordinate, Social Welfare Department has submitted medical bills for reimbursement for an amount of Rs.2,373/- (Rupees Two thousand three hundred and seventy three only) incurred towards treatment taken to her daughter for “Epilepsy” during the period from 03-12-2011 to 03-01-2012 at Civil Dispensary A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fourth read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad has scrutinized the medical bills submitted by Smt M. Pushpalatha, Office Subordinate, Social Welfare Department, and informed that the net admissible amount of Rs.2,373/- (Rupees Two thousand three hundred and seventy three only) can be reimbursed to the individual in terms of APIMA rules, 1972 and its amendments, G.O.Ms.No.74, dated 15.3.2005 and G.O.Ms.No.105, dated 09.4.2007 of HM & FW(K1) Department and AIS (MA) Rules, 1954. 3. Government after careful examination, hereby accorded sanction for an amount of Rs.2,373/- (Rupees Two thousand three hundred and seventy three only) towards medical expenses incurred by Smt M. Pushpalatha, Office Subordinate, Social Welfare Department, towards treatment obtained for her daughter for “Epilepsy” during the period from 03-12-2011 to 03-01-2012 at Civil Dispensary A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. 4. The amount sanctioned at para-3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2251-Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat 08-Social Welfare Department 010-Salaires 017-Medical Reimbursement”. 5. The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 6. This orders does not requires the concurrence of the Finance Department as per the rules in force.
