Read the following: 1. From the Commissioner of Social Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad, Lr. Rc.No.C3/3289/2011-2, Dt.16.02.2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.1139, Fin.(Expr.SW)Dept.,Dt.24.03.2012. ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of Social Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad has requested the Government to arrange for releasing of 3rd and 4th quarter during the year 2011-12 under the Scheme of Government Hostels. 2. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance Department in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of Social Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.25.00 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty Five lakhs only) towards release of 3rd and 4th quarter provision from B.E.2011-12, under the Scheme of Government Hostels under the following head of account. As regards drawal of funds, the Commissioner of Social Welfare, A.P. Hyderabad shall follow the procedure envisaged in Column No. (6) of the above table. Accordingly Government hereby authorize the concerned Drawing Officers to draw and incur the expenditure not exceeding the amount sanctioned in column No. (5) of the above Statement towards 3rd and 4th quarters of Budget Provision under Plan, during the financial year 2011-12. 4. This order issues as per the instructions issued in U.O.
