Out of the above amount Rs.29.00 crores within B.E.2011-12, remaining of Rs.149.76 Crores is additional funds in relaxation of T.C. and Q.R. orders adjustment to over all savings under Social Welfare Grant in final modification during 2011- 12, at appropriate time, under the following Head of Account as detailed below: Plan (Rs.
