In view of the urgency and importance of the subject the above Officers are permitted to travel by air (to and fro) as a special case in relaxation of G.O.Ms.No.230, Finance (DCM-I) Department, dated 15-10-2011. 3. The Officers are eligible to draw T.A. and D.A. as per A.P.T.A. Rules and expenditure will be debited to their salary Head of account.
