From the MD, APPFCL, Lr.No.MD.APPFCL/Power Bonds (1/2011)/D.No.414/2011, Dt.21-01-2012. -o0o- O R D E R:- The Managing Director, A.P. Power Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad in the letter 11th read above, has requested the Government to arrange the funds of Rs.1,25,39,893/- towards Interest on Application money to APPFCL Power Bonds (Series 1/2011) for payment to the Investors. 2. After careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby accord administrative sanction of Rs.1,25,39,893/- towards Interest on Application money to APPFCL Power Bonds (Series 1/2011) for payment to the Investors and to incur the above expenditure from the amount released in the 1st and 2nd quarter BROs issued vide G.Os. in the reference 1st and 5th read above. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above, shall be debited to the heads of accounts “2801.Power- 80.General - MH.101. Assistance to Power Corporation - (SH.04).Assistance to A.P. Power Finance Corporation - 310. Grants-in-Aid-312.Other Grants-in-Aid”. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Energy Department shall draw and disburse the amount through a cheque obtained in favour of the Managing Director, A.P. Power Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad. 5. The Managing Director, A.P. Power Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad shall submit the utilization certificate for the amount sanctioned in para (2) above. 6. This order issues in terms of Budget Release Orders issued by the Finance (Expr.AHFFCS&E) Department vide G.Os. 1st & 5th read above and concurrence of Finance (Expr.AHFFCS&E) Department vide their U.O.No.29897/ 202/ A2/ Expr.
