The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretariat – SH (07) – Planning Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”. 3. The stock is received in good condition and necessary entries have been made in the stock register of this Department. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad is requested to draw the amount sanctioned for Rs. 38,961/- in favor of M/s Compusun Technologies, Account No.20019100879, Bank of Maharashtra, M.G.Road branch, Secunderabad, IFSC Code : MAHB0000387 ; MICR Code : 500014006. 5.
