1. G.O.Ms.No.583, General Administration (OP.III) Department,
dt.26.10.1998.
2. From the BSNL Hyderabad Telecommunications Department,
Telephone bill No.171284415 , dated: 06.02.2012.

O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.708/- (Rupees Seven
hundred and eight only) from B.E. 2011-12 under Non-Plan for payment to BSNL
Hyderabad Telecom towards the Telephone bill for the month of January, 2012
on Telephone No.24020458 working at the residence of Sri A.Dayakar Reddy,
Joint Secretary to Government, Planning Department.
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – SH (07) – Planning
Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 131- Service Postage, Telegram and
Telephone Charges.
3. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning
Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyd is requested to draw the amount sanctioned
in para one above in favour of A.O. (Cash), BSNL.,Account
No.CBCA01000076, Corporation Bank, Siddiambar Bazar branch, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
the rules on the subject.
5. Copy of this order is available on Internet and can be accessed at address
