G.O.Rt.No.1195, Fin (Expr.SW) Dept., dt. 27.3.2012 &&& ORDER: The Government of India, in the reference 1st read above, have released an amount of Rs.25,18,75,000/- (Rupees Twenty five crores eighteen lakh and seventy five thousand only) towards Special Central Assistance for Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes for the year 2011-2012 as Second Instalment. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the V.C. & M.D., APSCCFC Ltd., Hyderabad, has requested the Govt. to issue B.R.O. and Administrative Sanction Order for drawal of SCA funds released by the Government of India for onward release of the same funds to the District SC Societies in the State, towards implementation of the Schemes approved under SC Action Plan 2011-12. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, the Finance (Exp.SW) Department has issued a B.R.O. for an amount of Rs.8,98,13,000/- (Rupees Eight crores ninety eight lakhs and thirteen thousand only) towards Special Central Assistance for Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes for the year 2011-12 to the Commissioner of Social Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad. 4. In pursuance of the BRO issued vide reference 3rd read above, the Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of Social Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad, to release an amount of Rs.8,98,13,000/- (Rupees Eight crores ninety eight lakhs and thirteen thousand only) towards Special Central Assistance for Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes for the year 2011-12, under the following Plan scheme: (PLAN) (Rupees in thousands) Name Head of Provision Already Amount Procedure Drawing of the Account in B.E. Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad. 6. The V.C & M.D., Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad, shall follow the instructions contained in G.O.Ms.No.37, Social Welfare Department, dated 24-03-1981, Government D.O.letter No.332/SCP.II-I/ 87-16, dated 06-02-1989 and GOI’s letter 1st read above and shall draw and disburse the above amount for utilization and implementation of the SCSP Schemes 2010-11. 7. The V.C & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad, shall furnish quarterly progress reports on utilization of Special Central Assistance in the prescribed proforma to the Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment within 15 days from the date of closure of each quarter. Copies of utilization certificates with full details of number of beneficiaries covered, amount utilized, unspent amount etc., if any, scheme wise shall be forwarded to the State Government also. 8. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department in view of the Budget Release Order issued by them, vide reference 3rd read above.
