3. Bill No.713, dated: 27-03-2012 for Rs.23,413/- from Sri Sai Infotech,
Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad.

ORDER:-
In the reference 1st read above, Government have entered into an Agreement
for a period of one year i.e from 11.02.2012 to 10.02.2013 for payment for the services
of two Data Entry Operators on Outsourcing basis with a remuneration at Rs.9,500/- per
month 3.9% Commission + 13.61% E.P.F + 4.75% E.S.I. Contribution + 10.3%Service
Tax = Totalling 32.56% on remuneration to the agency. In the reference 2nd read above,
sanction was accorded to engage (2) two Data Entry Operators on outsourcing basis for
a period of one year w.e.f 11.02.2012 in Social Welfare Department.
2. Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.23,413/- (Rupees
twenty three thousand four hundred and thirteen only) (i.e. Rs.17,362/- towards
remuneration and Rs.3,865/- for Agency Commission and Rs.2,186/- for service Tax on
Rs.21,227/-) to the agency for having arranged the services of (2) Data Entry Operators
in Social Welfare Department during the period from 21st February, 2012 to 20th March,
2012 (1 month).
3. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2251-Secretariat
Social Services 090-Secretariat 08-Social Welfare Department 300-Other Contractual
Services”.
4. The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw and disburse an amount of
Rs.23,413/- (Rupees twenty three thousand four hundred and thirteen only) sanctioned
at Para-2 above to M/s.Sri Sai Infotech, Secunderabad. Certified that out of (2) Data
Entry Operators one Data Entry Operator has absented duty for five days during the
period from 21-02-2012 to 20-03-2012.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance(SMPC) Department vide
their U.O.No. 15970/488/A2/SMPC/08,dated 24-06-2008.
