Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.6, Social Welfare (OP.I) Department, dated 12.03.2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.1257, Finance (A&L) Deptartment, dated 29.03.2012. 3. Govt.Memo.No.4711/OP.I.A2/2012, S.W. (OP.I) Dept., dated 29.03.2012. *** ORDER:- In the G.O. first read above, an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six lakhs only) was sanctioned Smt.D.Manoharamma, Assistant Section Officer, Social Welfare Department towards House Building Advance for purchase of open plot bearing No.54 in Survey Nos.36&37 amearsing 143.0 Sq. yards situated at Vanipakala village, Chityal mandal, Nalgonda district and construction of a new house in the said plot. 2. An amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifty thousand only) was sanctioned as first installment, but the first installment amount of Rs.1,50,000/- could not be released in full as per her entitlement / eligibility for want of sufficient budget provision. Hence, an amount of Rs.1,12,500/- (Rupees One lakh twelve thousand and five hundred only) was paid to her. 3) In terms of the orders issued in para 2 (i) of the reference 1st read above, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of balance amount of first installment of House Building Advance, i.e., Rs.37,500/- (Rupees thirty seven thousand five hundred only) to Smt. D.Manoharamma, Assistant Section Officer, Social Welfare Department. 4) The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “7610 – Loans to Government Servants, M.H.201 –House Building Advance - S.H. (05) Loans to Other Officers. 001 Loans to other Officers” 5) The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the loanee.
