Rama Rao, Assistant Director working in the O/o. the Chief Planning Officer, Khammam District has requested for his transfer to O/o. the Chief Planning Officer, Srikakulam District/Vizianagaram. on medical and spouse working grounds. 2. In the reference 4th read above the Director, Directorate of Economics & Statistics, Hyderabad, has submitted that Sri. D.Rama Rao, Assistant Director, who is a native of Srikakulam District, is working in the O/o. the Chief Planning Officer, Khammam District since 06.10.2009. His wife is working as a Secondary Grade Teacher in M.P.P. Elementary School, Palasa of Srikakulam District and staying at Palasa with his old aged Parents (both Heart Patients) and the individual is a diabetic patient and suffering from Neuro disorders with severe nerve disease and stated that the water at Khammam District is also one of the cause for his present health problems. The post of his wife is non transferable and in the above explained circumstances the request of the Officer may be considered for his transfer to the O/o. the Chief Planning Officer, Srikakulam District in the existing vacancy on spouse working grounds while exempting the rules of native district. 3. After careful examination of the matter the request of Sri D. Rama Rao, Assistant Director working in the O/o. the Chief Planning Officer, Khammam District is considered and he is transferred and posted as Assistant Director in the O/o. the Chief Planning Officer, Srikakulam District on medical and spouse working grounds as per Para 5(2)(c) of the Presidential order and in relaxation of orders issued in the G.Os. 1st and 2nd read above without payment of any TTA/DA to the individual. 4. The Director, Directorate of Economics & Statistics, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action in the matter and report compliance. 5. This orders issues with the concurrence of General Administration (MC.I) Department vide their U.O.
