From M/s Compusun Technologies, Hyderabad Bill No.1137, dated: 14-02-2012. * * * * O R D E R: In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O.1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.2,400/- (Rupees Two thousand and four hundred only) from B.E.2011-12 under Non-Plan, for payment to M/s Compusun Technologies, Hyderabad, towards supply of T.V. Tuner Card in the Chambers of the Director (Plg.) of Planning Department. 2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretariat – SH (07) – Planning Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”. 3. The stock is received in good condition and necessary entries have been made in the stock register of this Department. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad is requested to draw the amount sanctioned of Rs.2,400/- (Rupees Two thousand and four hundred only) in favour of M/s Compusun Technologies, Hyderabad, Account No.20019100879, Bank of Maharashtra, S.D. Road branch, Secunderabad, MICR Code : 500014006; IFSC Code: MAHB0000387. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in vogue. 6.
