O R D E R:-
In terms of the orders issued in G.Os. 1st and 2nd read above, the term
of Sri G. Vamana Rao, Director (HR), APGENCO will be completed by 25-02-2012.
2. Under Article 31 of the Articles of Association of APGENCO and after careful
consideration of the matter, Government hereby order to continue Sri G.Vamana Rao
as Director on the Board of APGENCO until further orders.
3. The Managing Director, APGENCO shall take necessary action accordingly.
